What is a Meetup?

A Meet-Up is an informal gathering at which you invite an audience to learn about the Greenway. A member of the Friends presents the Greenway concept and leads a group discussion afterwards. We also provide educational materials. A typical Meet-Up lasts about two hours.

Our goal is to build city-wide support for a full-scale Greenway in central Ann Arbor. We need broad and informed public endorsement to make the Greenway a reality. Meet-Ups provide a great opportunity for supporters to share the concept with friends, neighbors, and other interested people.

The key element in a meetup is you! If you'd like to host a Meet-Up, by all means, contact us! We need and appreciate your interest and involvement.

Meetup Hosts Hall of Fame

We extend our sincere thanks to all the Meet-Up hosts. Their support, participation, and ideas help to ensure that the Greenway will be a vital part of Ann Arbor's future. Thank you!
